The newest range of Led Lenser hand held torches have many light functions. This video lays out how to program each one and also how to lock the torch so you do not accidentally turn it on when you don't want to.

This should be the user manual provided with the torches because the provided ones are more difficult to follow than quantum mechanics. This video is direct, easy to follow 😁👍

The biggest problem I have with most of the new Led Lensers is their button on the side. In my experience a tactical light is only practical with the switch on the back and with a "half press" feature. I'm a volunteer first responder and last week I was working "riot duty" every single night and again I saw what works and what not in real life. The ones with the side buton are okay for a normal flashlight but absolutely useless as a "tactical light". My personal one I use most is the Led Lenser T7.2 (unfortunately it's not rechargeable). I use to carry a Energizer Tac 700 as a backup but those are low quality and break easily when dropped too many times. I use O light for my weapon lights.

Hi Lukes The model you have purchased is the Industrial version. King of Knives do not sell this model as they are only sold to camping stores. I don’t have any info but if you contact Zen Imports they will be able to help as they are the distributor. Sorry we couldn’t help. If I find some info I will get back to you.
The p7r SE behaves very differently to this videos explanation and i can't make head or tails of it

Yeah, I’m seeking the same information.
I've got a P7R core. I've followed these instructions many times, but after the light sits a few days, it forgets my settings. Led lenser customer support will NOT help. They just keep sending the same lame links and won't help.
