Hi, this only works if you pair it within the first three minutes of turning the car on! It wouldn’t work for me at first & I was very confused. Make sure you quickly select okay on the steering wheel too because it’ll go away and you’ll have to start over.

About to watch your next video, so it probably answers all this, but I just bought a 2011 GOLF GTI, and I was able to connect it but the "bluetooth" tab only becomes available AFTER I have started playing music on my phone from a music app. Meaning no youtube or any internet videos will play, just my music app and pandora basically, and I have to start playing the music first before switching over to bluetooth.

It shows up my phone on the screen but music doesn’t play (comes from the phone, not the radio). Says connection not possible when I try to pair it and press media.

My screen is reading audio in at the top of the screen and aux in the middle and sounds like I've put a CD in it that's trying to eject. If I push the power button off .. it'll come back on within seconds...and stays on even if I take the keys out, exit the car and lock it. Please help 🙏

I have put both the touch screen and my phone on search mode and neither will recognize each other. I have a Moto X and have had no problems pairing with other devices, but it simply will not recognize the car's bluetooth. Any suggestions?

you have to start playing the music first then the car will start playing it automatically

Hello, I cannot connect my iPhone XR to my car (Volkswagen Passat 2010). It Says” Mobile phone is not compatible”. However, I tried with other Android phones and all are getting connected. Could someone suggest to me which security settings of the iPhone are preventing such a connection?.

That's the media mute button. If you recieve a phone call you can click that to immediately turn off the sound.

Okay so you select media aux available and then press bt auto

I connected to the car with my android . The car never asked me anything . Just downloaded my contacts and . I can't play music from phone. Did I miss a step? Or do something wrong
