I tried to use a Genie remote and a Chamberlain universal remote. Both would not work properly. I had to use a Linear remote to finally get it to program. Not Lowe's and Home Depot do not sell Linear remotes. What a journey.

Thank you for this video. You helped me figure out vacation mode (4 blinks) which is why my new clicker wouldn't program. I pushed the wall switch up as you instructed and the clicker then programmed on the first try.

I wonder if you could help , we think the torque spring needs to be adjusted tighter . The garage door opens a little less than half way . This happened after a power outage , when the power came back on ; to open the garage door you have to keep pressing the remote two or three times before it opens all the way . Any suggestions ? Would you recommend tightening the torque spring ? To give more tension ?

I’ve got the same lift motors as in your video. Have you ever had a motor go out? My door raises and closes with just a finger. With the door detached from the drive chain, the motor has trouble running just the chain. Can the motor be lubricated? The unit is a little over 2 years old. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

We had the exact model, we had a power outage, and something is off. The clickers are only working in a close range, like 2 feet. I changed the batteries in them and reconnected them with the unit. Any suggestion what's wrong? I even changed the light bulb, and it's the one that doesn't interfere with the range. I played around with the antenna as well... nothing change. Any suggestion??

Hi I have a question. The green led light on the linear keypad for one of my garage door opener is shows opposite. The door is closed the green led light shows is lit on the top. Is there a way to fix it. Also I bought an MyQ Chamberlain WiFi garage hub and I am trying to pair it to the 2 car garage door. For some reason both the garage door gets synced and it’s not working as expected. Any thoughts on that ?? Appreciate your response. Thank you!!

Is there a way to adjust or reset the light timer? It used to stay on for about 5 minutes after opening or closing, then suddenly dropped to 10 seconds. How can I get it back to 5 minutes? Thanks.

Hi Adam, I have the same opener, what is that model ? I can't find the model label on mine. Is this a LDC0800?

My linear LD033 the clicker has to be within 3 feet of the opener for it to work, the learning light is always on, kinda flickering but always on. wall panel works. reprogrammed the opener, changed battery, clicker works on another door. erased memory and reprogrammed it, unplugged the opener and non worked, any tips

Open and close wall mount works fine....I can also open door with remote, however it will not close using remote. I noticed one of the sensors wasn't lit. Noticed the wire was cut, so I spliced together...still no power on the sensor. Next step is for me to check power...what volts Should I look for on sensors?...thank you.

I bought the one-button remote off Amazon-says it's compatible with my LDCO800. All the lights do what they do on this video, but it doesn't open or close the door. The red light comes on the opener when I press the button on the remote-so it's getting the signal, but nothing happens. Can anyone help?

+FABIOLA JIMENEZ The neighbor needs to clear the codes off their opener and then retrain it to only their remotes. There is nothing you can do, they need to do it.

I have a solid red light on the back of this door opener , so the remotes will not work

What is the problem if, when I click the button on the remote to send a signal to the opener, nothing happens? The light flashes on the remote, but the opener doesn’t register that it’s been programmed.

you didn't say at all how to trouble shoot #7. all you did was read it....

One more thing your sensors/photo eyes should be between 4 and 6 inches from the ground.

Wall station is not the sensors. The wall station is the buttons on the wall used to open the garage. Usually by the entry door. This video shows you should not be giving advice yet.
