Thank you for noting that when you are setting the code you need to hold the Enter button. Other videos missed that and I have been running around trying to figure out why it wasn’t working! 🤣

I have the identical garage door opener, the battery in the keypad had not been changed since it was installed in 1999 after watching this, I changed the battery and it worked like new!

Now that is some fine instructions. Thank you

This is so close to helping me. I have an ancient Craftsman model from 1995. I have a green button- no red. So I figure I'll just push the green button and then enter a new code as shown in video. Doesn't work. Any other ideas?

Thank you. We have a liftmaster keypad that we're using in the house. I programmed the LM successfully but found out that the outside keypad wouldn't work. Can I program Both keypads?

Hey I need help. So I'm trying to reset it from the outside I follow the instructions to like reset the code like I knew the code I entered it in and then I try to enter in like a new pan well somehow I messed it up and now either of those codes won't work so now I can't even get my garage open so what do I do to reset it from the outside

What if you just got new garage door on both sides but they didn’t set up our codes do we have to do anything special to “connect” them? Because they have never been used with the code before

Are these pads hardwired?

I just installed one and right after I did the homelink buttons in my cars stopped working.

Does it have to be 4 digits Can i have 6 or 7 digit pin??

When I hit enter, my door opens, no code. I don't want a stranger doing this. I out in the code as instructed, but it still opens if you only hit enter.

After I hit learn and enter the new number and hit enter, I don't get the blink. My keypad just starts blinking 30 times and doesn't take the code. Anyone have any idea what this is? I have the same set-up as this video. This is driving me crazy.

I have no enter button...how do I do this?

I did that and I do not get the click, Tried it a lot no luck,ever unplugged it and tried 1 more time

at the end, you opened the door, just by Pushing the "enter" button. Seems to defeat the point of the code
