You guys are awesome! After drawing the blood its always best to remove the needle before you put it in the centrifuge tube to help avoid a process called "homolysis". Which is slicing of the red blood cells from the needle. It will alter test results.

Do you see that day 12-15 after a female starts to bleed is the highest progesterone period??

I did write the company when I had a sample that would not separate... they said could be super fatty diet but also to let blood draw sit for 10 minuets and then spin for 10 minutes for best results... yup it clots... hmmm Anyway thank you for sharing, you are good speaker !

Is it normal for the machine to turn on and power down and reset untill it warms up ?

Do we have to use the quality Control Strip every time we run a test ?

I messed up, I didn’t put my quality control card away and I put the plasma in it instead of the progesterone test. Did I just mess up my quality control card? It was literally my first test. I had my progesterone test out too. But I put it in the wrong card.

can we use finecare wondfo 113 machine for testing but its not mentioned wondfo Vet on the machine i think its for human use , so can the machine still be used for canine progesterone testing?

i am using it and very sad on its results not standard

With all due respect when you respun, that is not clot, those are triglycerides, meaning that is a very overweight dog you pulled from, I recommend you use tiger top tubes, with e.d.t.a those are just triglycerides, you are correct cells, but not clotted cells, lipids fatty cells, great video

Thank you, nothing wrong with probly the red top ones but manufacturer clearly states they do not want the blood to be spun with any serum-cell separator gel.

@@rubengarcia2626 they should have came with the buffer we sell ours with the buffer. I am not sure where you can purchase just the buffer.

Can dogs pg levels drop for example my female was at a 1.15 and then she started to bleed and it dropped to a 1

The results depend on what machine yu have and the unit of measurement. Some measure in mL and some measure in moles.
