3 Basic ingredients are required to produce the spray perfume.
Ethanol
It is an excellent solvent that helps dissolve and stabilize various fragrance compounds. This helps in the homogeneous mixture of various ingredients in the perfume blend.
Ethanol also helps disperse the fragrance into the air, allowing it to be perceived by the wearer and those around them.
Propylene Glycol
Propylene glycol makes the perfume blend not to evaporate quickly. It helps the fragrance to last a little longer. It also helps in the stability of the perfume blend by not allowing other components to separate into other forms.
Perfume Oil
Perfume oil, also known as perfume concentrate, is the primary source of the desired fragrance in a perfume. It is the major ingredient that defines our Perfume.

Allow the perfume to sit uncovered in a cool, dark place for several days. This will allow the alcohol to naturally evaporate, reducing the alcohol scent. Make sure it is away from open flame or intense heat

It won't be bad if you mention some of the oils used. You said long lasting fragrance, but we know not every perfume oil lasts long. Like the one I am currently using, I combined Blue Dreams & Vanilla. It is super and long lasting.
