    Hi maa.... I was in Uganda for an year... I love Ugandans so much. I had tasted the Fufu made out of Raw Banana n G.nut curry with Avacado salad. I love to go again but now no chance for me... :( I love that Place n People..!!

    Oh Aunty!!! now you just mentioned editaiwa oh iyannmi!!! Things like this miss, I can't do all that hardworking as they do, but I tag along to see if I can get iwa panya to cook and eat with palmoil. Aunty's nnmi, ubok osong ooo!!!!! Aha, It is hardwork for easybones like me but enjoy eating the fufu with afang soup made with plenty driedfish, flavoured with nice good clean crayfish and freshly made palmoil inside.     We don't make Fufu in Barbados but we make cassava flour for baking and starch for ironing clothes.

    Fufu is the by product made from cassava a root veggie. Use Google to get images. Its comparable to mash made from potatoes.
