I watched your video on how to make baby weight gain powder today, i noticed you didn’t sun dry those ingredients before toasting them on fire,but other videos I have watched so far,the ingredients are usually sun dried b4 toasting on fire. I sun dried this one, 3-4 days is OK, then put in an airtight container so you can retain the taste and flavor

Be changing the water every morning and don't over soak, make sure sun hit it very well the first day of drying

Well done! 1. Can i oven dry, rather than sun dry. Or what else can i use to dry it to make it fast 2. if yes to above, will it also give the same result as sun-drying. 3. I usually add ginger and other spices to my pap. Will sun-drying or oven-drying not affect the flavor and aroma cos essential will be lost Thanks a bunch
