How to Print a glass, bottle, cylinder, DIY BEST way!! My $15 DIY printing machine

PLEASE SUBSCRIBE!! I'm De-Monetized until I have 1000 subscribers. Thanks guys!!
I demonstrate my cheap DIY screen printing setup. I made it for less than $100 (with my power washer included). I can also print bottles, glasses or any cylindrical unit with my DIY cylinder screen printing arm. It's called "Da Arm". You can't get a better, cheaper system than this.. Da Arm will never be defeated (lol) as it only cost $15 and does just as good a job as a $10,000 bottle printing machine.

your foam needs to be more like a cushion foam then that pushes film screen and glass closer preventing light from bending around the film and losing definition tiny detail gets lost then that way and through under exposure. I love your basic exposure unit and your printer, that you design?

I just used my old skateboard bearings, since I skateboard. You can get them at skate shops. Or rollerblade bearings, machine bearings, any that roll well would work. I didn't need to dry this ink in an oven. It's an epoxy with hardener. Sets in 24 hrs. UV ink also works on glass.

Thanks! Yeah, thought about it, but after I "designed" it from scratch and worked through the testing and initial prototype, I finally realized that a product already existed in China, but the only problem (Because it solved many of the problems that I encountered with printing) was that it was expensive. Not terrible, but definitely not as cheap as my machine. You really can't be doing it yourself for less than $20. And the inconsistency is actually the appeal, in a way. Each bottle/glass is a work of art and original.

Stay tuned!

Yeah, pretty simple. Just need a squeegee set in place and your screen to move over a bottle that's on a set of rollers. When you push the screen forward the squeegee shouldn't move and the bottle will roll on the rollers. Just hard to get the whole thing calibrated. That's why I made mine super adjustable. Will explain in a video later.
