This is a guideline or framework on how to present a patient during internal medicine rounds.
The difference between a H and P presentation and a Progress note presentation.
Things to consider as a medical student to look more experienced and feel more confident during rounds.
These are lessons learned from a lot of practice and mistakes I made during my 3rd year of medical school.
