Today I am going to make homemade tastey vanilla ice cream recipe.

Let's start.
Ingredients for making vanilla ice cream or simple ice cream
Milk - 1 cup 250 ml
Sugar- 5 table spoon
Whipping cream - 1 cup
Vanilla essence-1tsp
How to make vanilla ice cream or simple ice cream at home
Take a pan and add 1 cup of full fat milk to the pan. Approximately 250 ml. Homely available milk is better for making vanilla ice cream.
Stirring the milk continuously and add 5 table spoon of sugar into the hot milk. Keep stirring the milk and sugar mix , until it will reduce half. We don't add condensed milk for making vanilla ice cream. That's why I suggested you to thicken the milk and sugar solution.when the contents reach approximately half cup then switch off the stove.
And let it be cool.
Then keep this in refrigerator for some time. So we get the perfect consistency.
After cooling down we can settings the vanilla ice cream. So take a jar and adding 1 cup of cooled whipping cream to it. Blend it very gently. Don't allow To be more thick. Add the milk sugar cooled mix to this whipped cream and mix gently.
Check all the sweetness and thickness of vanilla ice cream. Pour the mix into a glass container.and cover the vanilla ice cream with a plastic wrap.
And cover the jar with its lid. Keep it in freezer @ 8 hours.
Our delicious , simple,tastey homemade vanilla ice cream is ready for serve.
