Ingredients:-

1.Dhaniya 800grms
2.red chillies 400grms(guntur chillies)
(standard measurements for those who are eating spicy food)
( OR )
Byadagi chillies 400grms+200grms. guntur chillies
( my sambar measurements because of my ulcer issues I'll eat very less spicy food )
below items are In standard measurement cups:-
------------------------
1. channa dal 1cup
2.Toor dal. 1cup
3. jeera. 1/2 cup
4.pepper. 1/2 cup
5.methi. 1/2 cup
6.mustard. 1/2 cup
Hing one full bar
curry leaves 2 bunches
turmeric sticks 100grms
