How to prepare kingfish sashimi with garlic, ginger and soy
This is a delicious way to eat raw kingfish. While not a traditional way of preparing sashimi it is a very good way for first time raw fish eaters to have a go. The ingredients required are ginger, garlic, olive oil and soy sauce. I've included some tips on how to handle and cut the sashimi as well.

you should just use soy sauce instead of the dark soy sauce. dark soy sauce is mostly use for make the food color darker, taste not as good as the soy sauce. in this case it can not make the sashimi looks batter by make the color darker.

Thanks for the feedback. I find the dark soy helps me see which pieces have had soy coated on them and which ones don't....
