As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will act as the ‘Cloud Ambassador’ across all the cloud products, arming our customers with required tools & tactics to get the most out of their Product and Support investment.

Key job responsibilities
First and foremost this is a customer support role - in The Cloud.
On a typical day, a Support Engineer will be primarily responsible for solving customer’s cases through a variety of customer contact channels which include telephone, email, and web/live chat. You will apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide tailored solutions for our customers and drive customer interactions by thoughtfully working with customers to dive deep into the root cause of an issue.
Apart from working on a broad spectrum of technical issues, an AWS Support Engineer may also coach/mentor new hires, develop & present training, partner with development teams on complex issues or contact deflection initiatives, participate in new hiring, write tools/script to help the team, or work with leadership on process improvement and strategic initiatives to ensure better customer experience and compliance with global AWS standards, practices and policies.

    Hi just now finished with the managerial round (cloud support associate) how long does it takes to get the result? Pretty nervous about this result because as I don’t have any prior work experience to answer but tried to answer every question. Your reply would be much appreciated.

    @@lakshmisripriyam4918 Did you get any update? 2nd round was completed at 4:45 pm and they scheduled my last round right away within 15mins at 5:00 pm, by 5:35 the round was completed. Hope this helps..

    @@awez4373 your whole interview would be based on the concepts they provided, and go through the questions this guy provided most of them were asked. Main thing Is be confident and be sure about your answer and the terms that you use because he ask follow up questions much deeper on what your answer, have a clarity about the concept and real time troubleshooting processes complete scenario based especially the networking round.
