Thank you BBC for this work , it is very helpful .
For me it is interesting to learn and understand the pronunciation of both regions. Thank you.
To be positive, I like" I'm particularly proud of" I don't hear that much these days. It's nice and not too big headed.

Brilliant!!!! I love it!! Ps: No wonder the Denecise to be fired. She is so annoying.

Hi Everyone! What does the expression "hold tight" mean?
wow
It is so funny the boss thought her name is Hannah, but it should be Anna actually. Does he really get the right CV???
arrogant adj. 自大的,傲慢的 a good example that comes to mind 一个很好的例子 treasurer n. (团体等的)司库,财务主管 i'm particularly proud of 我特别自豪 timekeeping is important to me 守时对我很重要 A custard cream is a type of biscuit popular in the British Isles.
Well, she could have said I did apply for this particular job although I have a job, but I’m seeking more challenges that could help me to have a professional life and your company environment is a better choice This company could help me to achieve more successful goals and to be professional.
what does mean : hold tight please what is cv?and the last one , what is the meaning of this sentence: the treasure of the debating society ? thank you very much bbc learning respect all teachers working there.

Hold tight - This is an idiom. It means - Please stay where you are and wait. CV - is short form of Curriculum Viteae, also called Resume. It is a short summary of your education and work experience and the skills you have

I come from Vietnam anh I hope to can make friend with you to pratice English.
Hannah or Anna? Which one is correct?
You made a mistake when you said (Is that it there )... is that right?
I like English at work! I Don't get the point concerning the using of can and could in the video. firstly Paul said : "what sales experience can you bring to your company?" and after that he Added: " could you give me an exemple of good team working during your time there?" why 'can' in the first sentence and 'could' in the second?

Hi henri bado. Thank you for your comment. We are glad you like this series. In this case, both - ‘can’ and ‘could’ - suggest requesting information. The difference is very subtle. But ‘can’ suggests a more definite answer - can you…? Yes or no? ‘Could’ suggests is there a possibility of giving me an example.

BBC Learning English as you said it is very subtle. thank you for answering me.
Umm, what does "particular proud of" really mean??
I need the script, please
Good episode ,yet if i were Anna i would not be happy to work with such manager 🙄
I think for a Chef from fast-growing Company like Tip Top Training, it´s a unprofessional act an Interview. It´s not so for economical problems for this Company. (i try to learn english, excuse me :D)
Where is new video
Denisse please let Ana focuses in her answers
Can you tell me about anna's job ?what is it
I enjoyed listening the video. But the boss wasn't polite enough, was drinking tea with biscuits, didn't offer to Ann... Is it common for the situation?
Sorry mene ap ko manok bola
They didn t offer her a tea... Bad interviewer
the secretariat is boring and disorganized. the manager is also disorganized and unprepared.
Dear BBC, since your topic is Job Interviews i assume your target group consists of Young adults and adults. Why then this Sesame Street approach with goofy voices and silly names such as Tip Top Trading?

This is supposed to be a light-hearted drama that hopefully makes English learning fun. And of course, if you don't want to learn English, you can just enjoy the story. For a more serious lesson on interviews, try this webpage www.bbc.co.uk/worldservice/learningenglish/work/workskills/wsu3.shtml
