    I also use this lemon stuff which I discovered myself, but with a change. I don't pressure cook it. I simply have a glass jar in which I keep adding lemon skin as when used. In that I add 1/4th quantity of salt. Regular salt. Just the way we prepare pickle. And when the jar is full i run it through a mixie and the paste is ready to use for cleaning all the stuff. Literally even the God idols.

    @@fatimaahmed231 As long as you want. It wont turn bad as it has lots of salt in it. In short it turns into a pickle kind of stuff apart from other spices.

    Yes mam it's very usefull. But people edicted by chemical contained liquid. I prepare dis enzyme water n use to wash vegetables fruits as floor cleaner . When we have bath I add little quantity of enzyme water in a bucket of water. I use in many purpose.

    bc there are no more than what is in your orange juice, or apple juice... this is just acids and oils. this wont digest anything

    When I squeeze lot of lemmon together ......i always prepare pickle with them.for eating.....for bio enzyme i prefer to use rotten or waste Lemmon.

    wow this is good when i was using tamarind and salt for brass and copper it will sparkle for that day only and would become dark and more bad .So i stopped using i felt it was eating up the metal .i was looking for some other natural alternative .I will try this since its with peel .Should we wash the peel to remove the acid left over ?

    s p No. It’s not just oil and vinegar or it’d just be a crappy emulsion. Rewatch the ingredients. Digestive proteins and flora are part of the mix.

    @@ThePinkBinks No I'm not trying to be rude but this has to stop. I am an IPM technician. Enzymes cannot reporduce. And the only enzyme in citrus peals in abundance are worthless. Ie acorbic acid oxidase... Ok it breaks down vitamin c. And they would be in very tiny worthless amounts. This is simply acids and oils. A very good emulsion for cleaning and would def kill some easy bugs. But it's just not enzymes.

    @@ThePinkBinks there is definitely some beneficial lactobacilli but not much as the citrus will arrest it's growth. Penecillum spp. is known to grow on citrus, so that's in there. However this is a 2-3 month ferment so those spp are probably long gone and you just have.... Acids and oils. Good ones though. Just like making vinegar. Lactic to acetic.

    @@ThePinkBinks I hate to beat a dead horse... But you also have to consider that even if there were enzymes .. they would denature quickly in this environment. Changing temps, acetic acid, citric acid, very low pH, and the biggie, time.

    Mam I’m going to prepare bio enzyme of sweet lime peels and neem leaves in which 900g are sweet lime peels and rest of are neem leaves and jaggery would be 350g and water would be 3500g.So will the bio enzyme good?I mean wouldn’t it be there any bad reaction in it? I want to use neem leaves for antibacterial and anti-bugs element. Will the bio enzyme good or not mam please reply me?

    Your enzyme is good. No bad reaction are there. Any bio enzyme have property for anti bacterial anti bugs... You can make bio enzyme from any organic matter ( non cooked ) except non- veg, garlic and onion. But remember ratio is 1 : 3 :10 mean if you use 350 gm jaggery then 1050 gm organic matter ( 900 gm orange + 150 gm neem leaves ) and 3500 ml water. 🙏

    Yes, it is amazing in compost. It does not only improve compost but also speeds up the process.     No you can put lemon and orange together or alone. It does not matter to make its pulp before adding . U can just cut in small piece if you want to ...process will be fast

    For 1 st months you need released gas at-least one time in a day. From next months you can gape for 3 - 4 days. 3 Rd months you can released gas once a week. Actually there are no thumb rule for releasing gas... just observation ( but first month you must be careful ). Thanks 🙏

    Yes you can. 1 Part of shampoo; 1 part of eco- enzyme ; 4 part of water make it.... make and use ( it's better if you make some hours ago )

    No you cant use it . Peels should be fresh .otherwise enzyme will rot .

    Ya its the same process of fermentation . You can make different bio enzymes for differnet purpose like (roses,aloevera,neem,fruits etc.) . For cleaning lemon or oranges are good.

    This is not enzymes. no protease, lipase, amylase, chitanase etc etc. This is simply vinegar with orange oils and orange acids.
