As we start the year, I'm excited to share with you a brand new video on my KZread channel, the result of a collaboration with the talented violinist Karin van Kooten.
This video was recorded during the Grappelli Django Camp in August 2023. Karin offers a truly remarkable approach: she explores a musical phrase in A minor by playing it with rhythmic variations.
It's fascinating to see how simple adjustments can completely transform the mood and feeling of the same musical phrase.
