I think you have to used a VPN to access to your office network and then your office PC must connected to LAN of the same network so then you can turn on your pc from home.

How would l do this if l was away from home...and wanted to turn it on? Is it possible?

Yes can do it with Asus Routers, by changing DDNS and port settings.
