i cant use FOMM anymore just crashes all the time so i use NMM and i cant right click so does that mean i cant port?

i tried to port an armor from new vegas to fallout 3 but when i put the command in all correctly it basically said blah blah whatever it says not found

dont work every time i try it says (item id) not found object id complied script not saved

use nexus mod manager all it does is crash with fomm and all you need is the mods
