I have watched it over and over, but only know the operations you do and the effects of this tool. I’m sure when you fix the watch and use it I will know. 😃

If the watch balance is out of balance, this will effect the run. Like a wheel of a car. It must be balanced to run perfect. Hopefully soon I got a watch with balance issue and can show the process completely. Thank you for watching... have a great day ☺️

I believe the bubble balance should be placed on the jaws to level. I know mine is simply stored on the device but comes off to place on the jewel teeth

To be honest I don’t really understand what you mean. Please explain again.

The actual bubble is removable from the deck of the tool so you can put it on the teeth and get accurate balance of where you are placing the balance pivots.

Have a look at my video about replacing the balance staff. I think all you need is here. kzread.info/dash/bejne/eq6oxbOElNiridY.html

Was it still slightly unbalanced in the end?

It's perfectly balanced because it stops in random position. If out of balance, the balance stops always at the same position. Have a look at the red mark. Thank you so much for watching ☺️
