How to Plumb in a Spa pump & heater in 60secs. Instal on swimming pool. Links in the description

I plumb an external Pump and heater onto a spa.
This spa was stripped to the bare essentials, just the plumbing, jets and cartridge filter were left.
So I replaced the blower with one that has a heater in it (poolnspa.net/s...) and I also replaced the little 1.8kw electric heater with a 9kw electric heater and I put on a pool pump.
Equivalent pump in USA amzn.to/2RDQxhg

Great video Mark, just to confirm, as I am about to try and restore an old spa that has nothing working except the blower. This system on this spa in the video has just a filter, then circ pump, then heater, back to spa. No controller, all just manually controlled?

Yep. It was a rental property so they wanted the basics and wanted to be able to remove it when they left. They just plugged the pump into a time clock.

Yes, absolutely but they have a flow/pressure switch so you can also allow that to turn them on and off with the pump.

Hi Mate, I just got the same system for my above ground pool. After looking into it I realised I made the wrong choice (even thought I really want it). I just purchased a Bestway above ground pool 6x3.5 meters for the kids. I also got the 11kw system when I got the system I read that it requires 50amps to run the heater which needs its own connection to connection from the motherboard and it also consume so much power I calculated that I would pay $2.5 an hour to run it. Is there a way around this ? And not connecting it straight to the main board ? I would really appriciate your help

Hi there is no way around connecting a big enough supply for an 11kw heater. If you buy a heat pump that is 6-10 times more efficient but you need to spend thousands to buy the unit.
