yeah this is a fantastic rhytm pattern on a wash board. Just found you toay by choise and it was so adorable to watch. Would be awesome to have more different rhytm patterns on this cute instrument.

@ Sonds great and I only can take part in on an online course. I life in Germany. Therefore, I love to watch videos where patterns are practiced. Not many use the dashbord. But I love to listen to not common instruments and their beats. Even I don't have one of those Instruments. Therefore I ask you kindly for more Videos like this one. Stay safe and blessings

Bonjour Patrick. Merci pour ton message Tu es aussi joueur de washboard ? Ces deux percussions ont une histoire mais je ne connais pas le nom exact ! Je me souviens seulement les avoir acheter à NY en 2000 dans un magasin de percussion de musique du monde ! Je les utilise souvent , elles sonnent vraiment bien . J’envisage de les copier avec une imprimante 3D avec du bois spécial ! Pour info j’organise des stages et je donne des cours de washboard si jamais cela te tente . @ Salut Stéphane, merci pour ta réponse...C vrai que ça sonne vraiment bien tes petites percussions, j en aurai bien achetées... Je commence le Washboard mais je suis batteur depuis des années, donc ça me pose pas trop de soucis rythmiquement... Merci pour ta proposition de cours... 😉

Bonjour , je ne connais pas de lien pour acheter un washboard comme le mien, il faut le construire soi même ! De préférence avec du chêne pour le cadre. Vous pouvez trouver sur internet la tôle seule je pense. À votre disposition pour des cours en ligne . Cordialement

Practicing with a metronome keeps you honest. As the drummer/ percussionist your job is to be the metronome, keep the time for the rest of the band. The metronome neither speeds up, or slows down. Stays rock steady, as is my goal.
