You can see them wanting to keep the tone of the video being teaching and professional, but every now and again the awesome chaos we watch for bubbles up to the surface haha great job TT

Giving someone the double turn doesnt stop them from being able to take a battle tactic, only choosing to take it does.

The original GW articles had stated if you force the opponent to take a double turn they still got to have tactics. Did the rulebooks with Skaventide state otherwise?

Demons don't have their own army in AOS. Each chaos god has their own army which includes demons. I think Nurgle and Tzeentch are the only ones that have demons in their spearheads.

Can someone tell me whether or not the box comes with dice I've been getting conflicting reports about that and I feel like it's a massive oversight if it doesn't come with dice

Rend nerfs the opponents units save roll.

You should warn that your are playing spearhead and not a normal Aos 4 game

Thanks for the feedback. For clarity sake though, the core rules are Sigmar. Spearhead is just the battle plan set best aimed for beginners. So if doing a how to play, it’s perfectly to logical to teach only the core rules and therefor a spearhead battle plan. You are still learning to play Sigmar. :)

Sorry you feel that way. The core rules are in fact the same though? There is no difference between them other than the advanced rules kick in when playing larger. At which point, you’re no longer a beginner and probably don’t need a How To Play video :)

@@tabletoptactics I feel that the core rules are very similar, but that they are in fact 2 very different games that will attract distinct communities, with a high potential for crossover between them. But I appreciate the response, switching to thumbs up for you to spread the signal.

@kingbobb007 Thank you, I appreciate it. I agree for sure, they are two very different ways to play. We just figured from a pure beginner/grass roots point of view, you will learn the core rules first before progressing so that’s the angle we went with here :)
