Nice vid! One tip though. Be sure to put a time stamp for 00:00 as "Introduction" or something like that in your description also. What this does is allows KZread to separate out the red progress bar at the bottom of the video into segments based on your other timestamps. It makes navigation a breeze for viewers.If you look at one of my recent reviews I use the same technique. Take care!

Hi thanks for the video. Some question: at 16:40, when you dismiss a Townfolk, the rulebook P.14 says it will get removed from the game, so I guess it’s not going to the discard pile?

Hi The rulebook is pretty clear, I just want to clarify if you mean a discard pile put away from the game, not the discard pile on the right side of the player board.

I think there is a loop between 13:47 and 13:59... You repeat the same thing you just said.

Great video but background music was so unnecessary and exhausting 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨 I honestly couldn't finish the video because of it.

This how more rules than paladins

I felt Paladins had more concepts to learn with how different actions were tied together.

Found this game a total dumpster fire, full of corner rules, fiddly, small board, cant see anything, the castle mechanic is a mess, useless deck building, very disappointed.

Ah well, it's not for everyone and I respect that. I disagree with you though, I found all the interconnected parts really interesting to learn, and how it all ties together depending on which strategies you pick. Not sure how you think the cards are useless, since they determine how far you can move and provide different icons and effects. The castle also provides a good chunk of points as well as one-time bonuses

@@Nayr090 The cards are fine, the deck building mechanism is useless, the cards dont cycle through enough to justify the mechanism. Could have the cards without the complete mechanism. The castle is a mess because it is too small, meeples start falling, difficult to see once it is full and whole meeple dance on the steps (e.g. to the sides and one up, then check for 4, etc) is just super fiddly.

@@dddmmm21 Hey totally respect your opinion; Meeples should not fall as every time there is more than 3 they get bumped: whether it's just yours (bumped up) or your opponent's and yours (bumped off the castle). Quite agree that the cards dont cycle enough (unless you upgrade for both bigger hand limit and the discard-every time you hire options on the rightmost buildings) I had to homerule: + 1 discard at end of turn :) You could go farther and homerule: +1 hand limit. Also a few cards have a discard/burn effect on the top right corner.
