This is totally random, but I can't stop smiling when you americans say 'acorn'. It sounds exactly like our dutch word for squirrel (Eekhoorn), which is of course the animal that likes to eat acorns :v

I’m trying to figure out… The player that wins the sun token at the end and gets the photo, do they also still get to buy badges during that turn or is their turn just done after the sun token/photo?

thanks for the question! Yes, you get to collect badges because you've made it to either the trailhead or the trail end

I thought this would be a lighter version of Parks, but from this video, it feels like so many more fiddly rules than I expected.

Can you mod this game using The Hiker tokens from Parks instead of using the Trails Meeples?

As long as you only use one and feel confident keeping track of which direction the hiker is facing, sure!

I really hope they start selling this in the UK, it looks fantastic

OMG, whose idea was it to add that monstrous bridge to the main line-up?! It trashes the pure nature vibe of the game. I just don't understand sometimes...

The video is really cute but the game is lacking. Disappointed.
