French Defense : Exchange Variation❌️ Scholar's Mate : Chungus Gambit✅️
“Accepted the ‘Chun’” also known as the exchange French
Game starts when they play knight f3
Scholars mate: Chungus Variation
French player that always get the advance variation:Ah yes, something that i will never use but i Will save it anyway
Queen check gets rid of your whole trap lol
This only works below 500 Elo
Ehh, this opening requires your opponent to make some quite uncommon moves (Nf3 and Nxd5) and leaves you in a situation where they're still slightly favored and would require a 1 move blunder. Not to mention if they take with the queen instead, which is the far more natural and common move, you're just straight up down a pawn with no compensation. Plus you have to play the advance french half the time, which I'm sure nobody here wants to do lol.

more if you consider the positional aspect, you have an awkwardly placed knight if they are smart enough to take the bishop with check, making it difficult to castle without losing it later on. White also is a tempo ahead as they can develop their knight to block the mate afterwards and are up in rook development. This is just a worse version of the Scholar's
@zachs.4371
Жыл бұрын
Nah, there's positional compensation, lichess gives +0.3 (don't respond to Bb5 with Bd7 though lol, play Nc6). The real problem is, most of the time they'll take the pawn with the queen, which does just leave you down a pawn.
@vlibrovs
Жыл бұрын
@@zachs.4371 I don't think there's enough compensation for a central pawn for black. Also the author didn't show the best responses from white.
@zachs.4371

@@vlibrovs Lichess apparently thinks there is, and going through the lines white either gives back a pawn or ends up in a very awkward position (doesn't castle or has bad piece activity). But yeah, it's not worth learning when so much has to go right to get there, just to end up with a position that is even or slightly unfavored.

keep in mind that the playing the chungus gambit will turn you into a chungus upon mating
when he finds out scholar's mate exists...

Scholars mate: Stupidly prolonged edition
as a 2100 on lichess, i confirm this is actually called the chungus
French defense : Chungus variation
Missed a free queen after knight takes night you go bishop f2 and after king takes on f2 you take free queen
There was a mate in 2 for white when he played bishop d7
Worked 6/7 times :D
After the knight takes the other knight you could have gone bidhop f2 to take queen
Literally french chungus defense gambit
Moves to f3. Chungus goes bogus

intrustctions unclear they easily see it and now im 30000 points in debt they is gonna take my thumbs
This is for use against players who just picked up chess over the weekend.
So a goofy scholars mate. Well it's worth a lol I guess
The bishop block will also convince them to return or take back with the bishop, making it more unexpected
The chin part is just the french
after he takes your knight check with bishop so his only legal move is to take back ur bishop then go straight across with your queen, it’s not defended anymore

Youd be better off throwing in a castle at the end they might go for the free bishop as well than its guaranteed checkmate
After you take the pawn with your bishop, and then gambit another knight, you can win the queen or weaken the oppnenets king by sacrifice go your bishop on f2 and snatching up the queen if he takes
the chungus gambit is actually a pretty sound opening, the computers like it
