Correction: Policy Peek power doesn't enable the President to change the order of the policy cards. He musts return the cards to the deck without changing the order.

Thanks for the awesome video! I have a question: Let's say a Facist law is enacted and covers an ability, does the current President immediately use that ability, or is it the next President clockwise?

the current president enacts that ability immediately. That president is not allowed to either 'keep that ability for later' or 'cancel that ability'.
