0:25 with QWR you can clear healthy with no leash and no pots. Phylaris covers this.

If you pay attention to the clip you'll notice I have a kill, I leveled e early to kill mid (Ashe into sylas, free setup from sylas), I explain the clear later in the video

Only thing I would change in the build is force of nature. Spirit Visage enhances the W so nicely. I'd only take FoN over Spirit in situational builds.

Who should i ban in priority using Udyr ?

Bans change a lot depending on your rank. At lower ranks you might struggle against something like a master yi since your teammates won't shut him down appropriately, or as you climb higher you may need to ban something like a Kindred since you're getting punished too hard in the early game from invades. I personally ban Kindred since there are many Masters/Challenger kindred onetricks who I play against but its up to you

It's a solid item if you need more AP in my mind but haven't tried it

Even more so if you scale AP. For some reason, Q awakened scales off AP and the level of the ability doesn't matter at all for it, so you can just leave it at level 1 while you max other things

Revitalise>Overgrowth on Udyr for sure. Also unflinching can have a lot of value vs teams with a lot of slows as slow reduction(and also tenacity) is very very good on Udyr.

Level 1: R Level 2: W Level 3: E Level 4: R then max R>W>E don't level up Q at all

This whole video is about tank ap and the runes you should take for it since it's just the best build in jungle. Taking R level 1 is wrong. You should be taking Q as it's best for your clear on single target camps, it's also the best ability in 1v1s regardless of maxing since awakened abilities scale off champion level and not ability level

It's definitely a usable rune, just wity udyrs need for consistent DPS I doesn't seem optimal
