Ratchet and Clank 3 was the very first online game I played back in the ps2 days. Good times!

A Jak and Daxter themed channel doing Ratchet and Clank videos. The crossovers never end with these 2. Sidenote: You may wanna play the ratchet and clank going mobile game after setting up a deadlocked profile. Cuz it gives you 2 bonus skins if you beat it. Though if you wanna play as jak in multiplayer(not singleplayer co-op) you will need a code that can be found on the net somewhere

Been in both discords for quite some time. This video just further motivates me to finally sort out the online mode as I just beat UYA again. Hopefully I can finally do one of the pal fixes and see you all there soon :) thanks for another video!

Fun fact: if your fat ps2 has an internal hard disk drive, you can use it to play ratchet deadlocked online via opl without dnas worries. You can also have custom maps, you cannot have them in gladiator. It doesnt matter what region your ps2 is. Unfortunately rac3/UYA does not work that way because open ps2 loader has problems. You better use a genuine disc or a usb stick.

My internet connection test always fails tried it in the game and the internet adapter start up disc. I have set up the dev and enabled ethernet and selected adaptor I don't get it. Edit: I got the new build and it worked

So there's this, but I've also seen people create unique stuff like a survival mode, is something like that available through this? Or is it a single player thing?

Yes you can even import the mods to your game with custom modes and maps! Its a really talented community. I havent done any of those myself as I only played it once. But Ive seen people use them and they're really cool to see all that by fans. There's also Dreadzone Online which you can get Deadlocked Online running on PC with amazing textures and graphics. My PC doesnt run it well though lol. But super cool!

So to get this to work on PCSX2 would I make an Iso with DNS patcher????

Yes, or just use the NTSC version to avoid that hassle on PCSX2 :)

I noticed a Headset symbol in one of the UYA menus. Does this online revival support those, if I plug in my old official PS2 headset and speak can everyone else playing hear me?

Yes, thats what i did. Drag and drop the iso on the dnas patcher and burn it.

Hey, so I'm trying to play Up your arsenal online with a pendrive in Open PS2 loader, but when I try to open the multiplayer menu, it just black screens. You know how to fix this?

That was happening to me too, so UYA on OPL might have some problems. I fixed that problem by burning the ISO on the disc and playing on the disc itself. Though if you still want to try on OPL try asking on the discord see if they might help :)

@@v3ctor1227 check if the game is fragmented, or use the latest OPL betas, for example from OPL 2045 to the latest now is possible to play Beyond Good and Evil that was unplayable before even with the original disc in slims series from 7500x to 9000x

I'm stuck get this game working online, I follow your exact steps, at first, I was mistaken, I burn the NTSC copy to blank dvd boot it up to my slim-PS2, , already use cheat engine from you then stuck on DNAS, I look to Download PAL version since I started to notice that the code is for PAL, then again. Still stuck on DNAS, I give up, cheat code is not afftected on me to bypass DNAS, maybe, bcuz unknown modchip built inside my 2007 slim ps2 since I can easily play backups even at the first time I bought the console, and also UYA not working on latest OPL , HDD internal on my fat PS2 it refuse to detect network adapter, this game has too many anti piracy meassure, it gives too much error, I can play and connect online in PCSX2 easily, on PS2 , using actual game disc copy seem's the only way!

I suggest you talk with the troubleshoot guys at the discord. I know there was a problem with the DNS and I dont know if they fixed that yet, or maybe they changed it. Maybe someone can help you from there. Its strange as I set this up for someone else and it worked. Though on OPL it doesnt work neither with cheat engine for me but it did for others. It worked with the dnas patcher for me

@@DaxterMaster which discord? PS2 Online discord in RAC UYA community discussion or RAC Discord specific, So, Using DNAS patcher is actually works for you? I already burn pal and ntsc copy relying that cheat device engine but totally wasted, I guess I have to try patch the iso with that DNAS patcher , your using PAL version to patch the DNAS right? I guess it's nothing wrong with the DNS server, I try to connect using christian DNS and I be able to connect online only in PCSX2 emulator booting NTSC iso, it can passed DNAS easily on emulator, that's a shame, I don't trust DNAS patcher since I used to try to patch iso copy of SOCOM 2 US navy seals, and it fails, not sure that thing will work for RAC for me.

@@bobbyjones1251 The PS2 Online discussion. The DNAS patcher was the only thing that worked for me and the others not. I mentioned them in the tutorial because they worked for others. It did take some time and wasted a couple DVDs

Does this also allow co op play on ratchet deadlocked? Or is it only multiplayer?

Do you have Winpcap and tap adapter installed and configured? As you need that to go online on pcsx2

Use the qt builds of pcsx2 to connect to the internet without problems but enable ethernet under network settings

most of your setup is for the pal region, ntsc users dont need cheat device for bypass dnas =)
