PGC Basketball Camps:
PGC is where serious players train in the off-season. We teach players to think the game at a college and pro level and become leaders both on and off the court.
Thousands of players from middle school to college attend a PGC camp each year. Our camps are specialized for players at every level of the game, so no matter what level you play at right now, PGC will help you reach the next level.
We teach the game, not a group of skills specific to one position. Any player will benefit from a PGC camp - regardless of their position or skill level - as long as they are truly eager to learn the game.
More than 95,000 serious basketball players have trained with PGC in the off-season, and it’s where top NBA and college coaches send their own kids to learn to think the game.
Discover how to be a playmaker, lead your team, and run the show at pgcbasketball.com/.

Really really helpful. Recently I was beat on close out defense because I was trying to take away all three options of the offense now I know how to train and react on the court.

Really, really thought provoking! Thanks very much for the examples and time it took to put this together. This is something that I can test out for myself to then teach through to my players afterwards.

Tyvm! Is it 100% 1-2 the stop or can u stay front with jump stop? I know if u jump stop, its hard to contest the 3-s. In my league in Hungary there is only 1-2 consistent shooter from the arc per team. The averge player eff is below then 33%… so what u think can jump stop work? Or just take away space and try to recover on one side?

So, this is geared towards high elite college and professional basketball. How about high school and below? I personally don't see teaching this method in youth basketball in general. Specific situation / players, yes. In general, no. Thoughts?

This is a great take on old school vs new school basketball philosophies...Everyone can shoot that 3 nowadays so you gotta get out there. Nobody really shoots the midrange so your help can meet them at the rim . Good stuff. I do some breakdowns on my channel, I'm gonna start looking for new school philosophies to breakdown.
