As a casual player, love these guides. Helping overall macro and advance micro during clash, harass and poke. The details on getting the edge against certain opponents is great. Denying gold etc Good luck on your ranked games.

My favorite (and only) civ since day 1. I was waiting for this video to come live from the old civs. I was experimenting with double TC as well (stone from landmark + wood upgrade) while harassing and scouting with Sofas, but cow boom gets you the benefits much earlier. I tend to boom later due to making units nonstop in the meantime (50% boom, 50% units), I'm too afraid to not produce units (proxy army, no info etc).

Beasty just curious why 6 houses at start vs 2.. and rally to sheep to get landmark out sooner. Once land mark is up go back to houses

Because more houses means more bonus on gold early on so more gold in the end.

They increase gold production and are half cost, build 2x and fast and house only 5 instead 10. 6 houses is equivalent to 3 houses of any other civ, while also boosting passive gold production. 6 per pit mine is a must

reason i like this civ is cuz of the soundtrack ^.^

Is it a new feature that the Mansa Quarry counts as your age 2 pit mine? He has 2 pits and a quarry in age 2 here

I just think that idea with the granaries is a waste of wood. Like just build it by the berries for better return of investment

Personally what I found is either you pour army due to your advanced eco, or have less vills/traders and make a greater army Edit: greater than your opponent's Which is hard if you have the same income, so just find the balance of eco/army numbers!

Did you say horticulture does or doesn't affect the cows? I couldn't make out what you said there, rewatched 😢

Cows only provide about 14 non-upgraded villagers worth of food so deer and berry's when needed.
