What if instead of the whole tower falling, it only makes one other block fall out, does that count as a loss? Also, the instructions talk about tapping blocks and then replacing them. I didn't understand that, but it's not covered in this video.

I bought jenga tower and domino last Week, they are very funny, but i m not sure i m playing domino properly, because i read many different rules

He should have said that you can remove any block from any level except the highest level with 3 blocks, otherwise everyone would just go for the highest level and avoid the trickier lower levels.
