Thia video perfectly showcases the problem with Hanzo right now. Storm arrows is the best option for everything. Picks? Storm arrows. Duels? Storm arrows. Shield pressure? Storm arrows. Tank bursting? Storm arrows. Spam down tight corridor? Storm arrows. Every time Hanzo has storm arrows, he's oppressive. The rest of the game, he's the kid at school who always gets his lunchmoney stolen.

Dude i hate hanzo but even i think they should give his one shot back

Every headshot you can't finish is an insane feed for enemy supports. Have you guys thought about it? A +50meters headshot is no more a skilled shot but a long range gift to the enemy supports.

That was one of my first thoughts after the nerf. Then I had back to back hs one game on bap and genji, both went behind cover so I couldn’t finish my kill. And from my shots the mercy got around 25-30% ult charge.... from 0! something that used to kill is now a benefit for the supports and overall a bigger nerf because supp ults are way stronger than dragon....

The playing for storm arrow picks playstyle opened my eyes of where hanzo's kit is at. I liked this type of video, it's nice to explain the thought process, I'll catch myself play in the old hanzo mindset from time to time, I guess that's because I don't play him that much anymore

Sometimes I feel like sonic arrow being visible to the enemy was just about as big of a nerf as Hanzo not having oneshot anymore.

The less we play hanzo the better for the devs to see how bad this nerf was and a higher chance they bring back the one tap

dude, I like that soldier tip. I sometimes do something similar with Tracer but I bet Soldier would be more effective more often than soldier since he has way more sustain.

The Pocketet bullyng was that hard that every video has to explain if it has pocket or not? i cant care less, Arge is still awesome

So the biggest problem I come across Qing as Hanzo is the other dps always wants to be widow maker. It’s crazy

If they gave us the option to charge storm arrow and make it scatter arrow, that would change everything

What if instead of Storm Arrows, Hanzo had a different ability, called Power Shot or something. Literally all it does is buff his damage for like 5-6 seconds. Nerf his base bow damage to like 100 or 110 and make it so the boost goes to 150 so Hanzo can one shot Reaper and Mei too. Maybe give it a shield pierce for some utility. That way people can't complain about Hanzo landing lucky spam kills, since you can't spam his one shot anymore. But you still have that option when taking off angles and stuff.

I feel like they took away the ability to oneshot people on point and have a chance to clutch and kill the whole team, now that he cannlt oneshot u juste feel like its only possible if you either have a second source of dps or just manage to headshot then punch them, which means you have yo be at punch distance to actually get the kill, wich make it impossible since take 1v1 whit any characters in short distant in theyre team would get you killed in any elo after gold

hanzo and junkrat have never been so similar as they are now.

I figured the first half of the tips But,i disaggre with the last half . The s10 hanzo should be in the second line bc when ur teammates shoots someone u can hs them easily, atleast that is my playstyle

its one of the worst ults in the game, 95% of DPS have a hard counter escape mechanism to it and most of the tanks and supports can even save teammates from it.

Make his ult a transformation like Genji's and have him use his ult like storm arrow. He will fire little dragons that go through walls and when they hit something there will be impact damage, and then a damage over time will be applied. ALSO, remove storm arrow and replace it with an actually balanced scatter arrow. The only reason people hated it in the first place is because it could be cheesed to one-shot a lot of characters.

@angellopez5315 If Hanzo never gets his weapon one-shot back, then maybe his ult could be insta-kill, but the while reason his one-shot was removed was because SOME people cried too hard about it. If his new ult was a one-shot, you can bet the cry babies will have a tantrum, Hanzo would then be nerfed like his ult was never changed to begin with. I like the movement speed idea, but I feel as long as he got the same movement speed from storm arrow when ulting he'd be fine. Remember storm arrow will be his new ult (Dragon Storm) to replace storm arrow.

Didn’t watch the video yet but i know it’s already a good one! Hope we will se some positive changes later because only storm arrows kills is boring. If I wanted a faster fire rate hero I would pick cass or Ashe. If I wanted more consistent dps I would get soldier, and If I wanted more consistent range I would pick widow or sojourn. Hanzo brings nothing without the one shot. Give him his sniper identity back. He’s just so frustrating to play as now.

I still play Hanzo like I’m getting pocketed, I refuse to play like this.

Tbh the 1 shot nerf kinda grew on me. Ofc it feels bad to get an insane hs just for them to heal up. But I feel like my new playstyle is a a lot more aim and flick intensive since I gotta get closer to the enemy. It makes the game a lot more fast paced and fun as you really gotta lock in to have a big impact. PLUS people can’t spam “lucky shot” in match chat anymore lol

@@afterthought9538 hmmm, maybe it’s just my play style then. I usually save storm arrow for when I hs someone and they didn’t die or for an easy double hs. Also try to go for bounce shots when u can. When u get them 1 most likely they’ll just barely hide around a corner and u might get an easy pick. I hated the nerf at first but I think hanzos still “good” atm

@@soberstoners7610 It doesn't matter whether it's a true one-shot or not. If someone dies to it, lots will just say "luck", cuz apparently dying to a projectile can *never* be your fault. I'm pretty flexible as a GM Hanzo main and can still make him work, it's just nowhere near as fun as before. Before, I could just hard lock him every game and enjoy myself. Now it's a 50/50 whether I want to or not. Sojourn is just so much more effective and easy in comparison.

@@afterthought9538 idk, personally I think he’s still fun to play. Sure you can’t 1 shot but what I enjoyed most were hitting good shots and now you’re able to be twice as accurate. And you can still get insane clips and shots with him, albeit you just can’t 1v4 the whole enemy back line anymore. It just feels like they’re making him more into a team based hero which SUCKS to have to rely on but oh well
