Nate, sorry to ambush your post here but I'm interested in your program, Piano Chord Breakthroughs and just wanted to be sure that the skills learned in the program are the foundation needed to play songs how you present them here on your channel and potentially on our own. Is that a fair assessment? Appreciate it and thank you!

That was excellent! But it felt a little incomplete without Carry That Weight. But...then it would have felt incomplete wihout The End. Never Ending 🙂

Can you teach We all fall in love sometimes by Elton John
Hey Nate, thanks for another fantastic tutorial. Honestly you are doing a great job! The way and speed of your explanation is just perfect. My daughter is learning piano on the classic way. She loves it. But she just discovered playing chords as well and though we are from Germany and she doesn’t speak any English with 7 years, she insists me translating your tutorials 😂 anyway. She loves „Just take my heart“ by Mr. Big. I know, it is a guitar based song. But I am pretty sure that it would sound amazing on piano. Do you think it would be possible to do a tutorial on than song? I am not sure though, if many people request it and maybe it won’t generate as many clicks as other songs. But on the other hand I think it would be a fun song to Analyse for you, too. Certainly you would make a little girl very happy❤

Hi Nate. I'm new to your channel and enjoying it quite a bit. You're teaching me many songs from my high school days (and I could quite nicely one a steady diet of Beatles) but I would love you to also cover some Beach Boys - God Only Knows, Don't Worry Baby, Caroline No, Wouldn't it be nice, and if your really adventurous Surfs Up. Thanks.

Hi, I just started piano I bought myself a keyboard there is no pedal does it matter?
@PianowithNate
3 ай бұрын
That's exciting! You can learn a lot without the pedal but the sustain pedal is important to sounding really pro. Almost all keyboards have a sustain pedal jack in the back...double check that yours does and then you can buy one seperately. I like this one: amzn.to/3A1ZWac

Yes! You need a sustain pedal. Do you have a "port"?

Great lesson! When at the end of your lessons you play the whole song - maybe it would be better to play the song with chords & lyrics on the screen? Like this guy does kzread.info/dash/bejne/lqustKSbj7DagKQ.html Or would it take too much time for editing & other stuff?
