It can be done by putting a key combination into the left side of your screen the instructions will be to double tap when you press the key combination... Normally i use key A for pressing but when i combine it with Rb it will perform that charge.

Order a gamepad called Gamesir The app comes with its own mapping app. It might not have all the functionalities of octopus, but it will be better than playing with your iPhone screen.
