How to Play Debussy | La fille aux cheveux de lin (The Girl with the Flaxen Hair) [Tutorial]

Музыка

Here is an in-depth tutorial on "how to" learn, practice, and play "La fille aux cheveux de lin" from the first book of Preludes by Claude Debussy. The Prelude's title - 'The girl with the Flaxen Hair'- symbolizes innocence and naivety in fine art. In this video, I explain step by step each section and give insight into an interpretation of the entire Prelude.
Enjoy, and good luck!

This is one of the more challenging songs i'm working on. But i love how many different ways it can be played / interpreted. I like it at a slower pace than most people play it. It also has a lot of different hand positions and stuff that gives me good training / practice
