What date did you record that I’m having an issue I matched 5 matches and celebrity said I hadn’t we had to go to casino two hours later

You have to have five matches all in one card, in the same game in order to “win”. The cards are registered against your seapass card and any win you have should appear in your account once verified at the casino. I suggest you bring your game cards to the casino and ask to speak to the casino manager who can look into your situation. It could be a computer error.
I never even noticed the background music! My question is when are these scheduled for - during the day - early evening - late at night? I assume they would only schedule them when no other performers are scheduled on the ship - is that correct? I don't want to pre-order this if the I won't end of attending. Also - if I pre-order, can I use it for anytime Deal or No Deal is happening during the week? Thank you.

These are always scheduled during the afternoons on sea days, and usually twice on a seven night cruise. Tickets bought are only good for the day they are bought. If you buy tickets and and show you can still win, as all wins are predetermined at the time the computer starts the game. Just go to the casino and they will tell you if you won and how much. The cards are registered to your seapass card.
How many days do they play this during a cruise? Do you use the same cards or purchase new ones for each day?

Once on short cruises and twice on cruises up to nine days, but only on sea days. Each session requires new cards to be to be purchased.
I really like the information that you give us but please remove the music. I finally had to mute it and watch on closed caption because I was having trouble hearing you.
Do you receive the amount won via Cash or a Credit?

If you win free play it is a credit you can use in tables or slots. Cash prizes, as indicated based on the number of matches you get, are paid in cash at the casino cash cage. Good luck!
How much do the cards cost ?

The last time I played it was 20 for 1, 30 for 2, 40 for three and 50 for four….the more you buy the lower per card cost it is……..
