Always appreciate the in depth explanations of lines/combos, you do a very good job explaining them and the reason behind doing them

As someone who hasn't played in the last 10 years, trying to jump into the literary soup that is each card since that time, learning about the Fallen of Alabaz story line and really falling in love with those cards, you have done a great job explaining both that archetype and the chimera archetype lines of play. Keep up the good work, these kind of videos are, imo, one of the best content to provide the community. I play mtg, have been for years. One of the best ways to take this kind of video one step further, is playing against a meta deck and providing a play by play reason for that line vs a different line of play.

I love making the illusion beast with lubellion, using all the materials from the grave yard, I used 5 materials on one against tear and just crashed into rukallos over and over for game lol

Loved this part 1, please comeback with a part 2! This is always interesting. I would appreciate some tips in case we don't run Versago (can't find it in my country) Some advice on the mirrors and general tips against... Rikka if possible, I have no idea what to do with their whole, Konkon tributte thing does it kill us that quickly?

Just summon Guardian Chimera when they activate Konkon and pop it

Great video, would love to see videos comparing different branded builds with strengths and weaknesses.

I’ve been running nightmare magician and it’s been getting me dubs especially against boss monsters like mirrorjade

8:23 the effect of send 1 random card can only be activated via fussion summon and cant be used from special summon, for example monster reborn, or berfomet the mythical king of phantom beasts

Not a big deal but at 18:30 if you got evenly'd your 2nd berf would be banished and so you would need to fuse with magnum and gazelle.

Right since the first is in the grave or you can banish flying beast during Opp end phase to special your first berfomet from grave since chimera fusion and gazelle is already in hand to add another fusion and/or lvl 4 beast right before you start your turn. Then remake mythical beast again or which ever line you need.

Something that would be awesome is a guide on how to play against the meta decks. Like, what to consider during game 1 and which cards to hit with side deck cards.

I've played to Master Duel since the release and I've started playing in TCG from few month. I love branded in all of its version, so I'm trying to understand which one is better to play it.

Greatly appreciate the inline combos, but most of all the pot of prosperity cost!! This cost is always depending on your matchup.

Love this new chimera build btw. It sucks I already sold a couple chimera cards besides guardian, crap.

I still feel the guiding quem, springans kit, and branded in white make the deck stronger in opening combo, just one tip never special summon fenrir when opening branded fusion and going full combo with the extenders I mentioned nib can be crushing if you don’t have crossout and you don’t respect nib like how I don’t

@@DrapionMaxxx if you go full combo with out fenrir but also use kit and branded and white yea you get nibed but you play right trough it and end on a strong bored in end phase and nib gets distroyed cause of mirror jade and having quem on the field is good

16:47 because you banish chimera you cant add chimera fusion from your gy to the hand.

So are you able to chain block in this deck? Like when you summon chimera the king of mythical beast and use big winged berfromet to SS from grave is that a chain block? Same thing to when you make guardian chimera, is that chain blockable?

Very much so. You can establish chain links for things that would activate at the same time. I uses make The King of Phantom Beasts as chain link 3 to dodge Ghost Belle on Berfomet or Ash on Gazelle. For Guardian Chimera, usually it is Chain link 1 to dodge Ash on its activation, unless you would rather something else specifically not get hit with a handtrap instead

Does this deck suffer nibiru if using branded fusion on turn 1?

What over sleeves do you use? They're so nice. BTW I played a branded player from your locals at Utrecht last year, I went X-1 in 3 side events as I couldn't get a ticket for the main event, and he was only player to take a game off me! I wish I could remember his name.

if the enemy try to book or imperm he, he can chain his effct to tribut him self and dodge the interruption, if he use his effect first, he is in gy befor enemy can use book oder imperm :)

How does that beat out book of moon and imperm considering those are speed type 2's and can chain to it? How is that one card it's own chain from activation to resolution? If it beats speed 2's wouldn't the same be for counter trap speed? I'm confused 😅

If you're talking about mirrors swordsknight it's unaffected from book/imperm because it's tribute for cost. Berfomet is the target for imperm. Book of eclipse "deactivates" coatl and swordsknight in gy, book of moon at least bait coatls gy effect

You can tribute Swordsknight before they even activate the card, or activate it to dodge the card.

Dont really get the magnum line tbh. I could banish chimera fusion to destroy evenly after activison and magnum stays on field or am i missing something ?

Magnum doesn't interact with Evenly, it just allows you to get an interruption on board while moving resources to the GY which you can later special summon to your field.

At 16:40, the problem with bringing back Mirror SK with Chimera is that you already used both Berfomets. 1 in grave and 1 banished off the evenly. Losing both of the berfomets means we lose access to our second Chimera and Illusion Beast. Summoning Berfomet back instead of the mirror is the better option because he is back on board to be used as the fusion material the following turn.

This statement invalidates what your attempting to do on the crack back at 18:20. You would have needed to summon the berfomet unless you play 3 and nobody does.

Galzo! I have a serious question (I asked on a previous video cause I need to know and Reddit or discord isn’t helping LOL) So can I use Dusk Dragon to send Dis Pater to the graveyard, and let’s just say I have Regained on the field, am I able to use regained (once my opponent summons) to bring Dis Pater to the field and use its effect despite not synchro summoning it first?

I rather use a deck where I'm best 1st. No re-cycle options.

Usually for me, it takes non-engine whether you're playing books or handtraps or Kaijus. The matchup is a little rough.

Unchained is easy with Rindbrumm, Mirrorjade and Albaz. Purrely Going First is easy too. Going Second into Noir you need Non-Engine or Summon Titaniklad and beat the Noir in battle if they don‘t have Delicious as material

Just built this deck I’m running aluber and branded opening , branded opening lets me add or special summon a despia if I special aluber what do I add to hand ? Only other card I’m running is branded in white and 2 more branded opening

You don't get priority for normal summoning, after any action your opponent can respond, you might be confusing it with the turn priority when you enter a phase, "entering to main phase, ok?, then at the start of mp i can be the first to activate this..."

You are wrong. Turn players have priority on Quick Effects, thus you as the turn player have the priority to tribute Swordsknight before your opponent responds.
