Its the hardest cricketing shot imo. Make a ball on the off and hit it there because it forces you to get your body on the line of the ball and playing cross while managing the length as well. Your weight tends to fall to the side as your moving to get into position and the risk of ball edging off the bat to hit you on the neck or throat. Bowlers bowl 145+ and ABD and Sky does it as well. Its an incredible shot that takes a lot of courage and alien like ability to do it. Another thing is the risk of getting out or edging the ball backwards or ball hitting wicket or lbw as you are falling to the side. Its the hardest shot but if you have it then you basically have no limits. Personally, the reverse sweep to fast bowlers or reverse ramp comes easy to me and hit 4 sixes this weekend with no problem. While practicing in nets to master this shot for shits and giggles, basically got hit on the shoulder and bowled, edged to keeper, 😂. I will just let ABD and Sky do this only. Pro tip: Sky did an interview where he said that he align his whole body to the line of the ball and in short doesnt premeditate it. Now that may sound strange but actually imo, he actively tries to aligns his body to the line of ball for all his cricketing shots. An unusual way to bat since being beside the line is the “textbook” way. ABD however indeed fully premeditates this shot. Top video lads ❤

One thing I have found helpful is that little feint down the leg side he does with his backfoot before moving across. I don't know how, but it helps massively.

Hi guys, would yall mind making a video regarding biomechanics in fast bowling? I used to be the fastest in my school. Returned from an injury lost it all, regained a bit of pace but not as fast as I was before... Edit: its been 7months since I returned from the injury so I dont think it has anything to do with returning back(finding form).

Abd is an hand leg eye coordinated Person N he is the only person known Another is Messi in Football. Such a shot can never be learn if u r not under this category triat. Do do this shot if u don't want to injure, it's not possible by us. Surya is hand eye coordinated but lack leg eye coordination.. Till now only two person for this triad is Ab n Messi.
