I learned 3 years to build pipes ! People this guy knows what he do ! Kerp it on bro ! Greets from Germany !
Brilliant! I would have spent half an hour shimming that flange to create an even gap, took you three seconds

happy i can help
Thank you, very useful tips! Your employers are lucky to have such a pro
Nice tip, I generally use tig wire to set my gap. I will try this for speed next time. Thanks for the vid.
Mate fantastic video/tutorial it’s so involved getting it all lined up and sorted than you think yet you make it look so easy 👍up and full respect.
really good dude, pleasure to watch another welder at work
Hi Indonesia here, Love to watch your video. hope you can upload more videos like this one.
More more more and more!! we want more videos like this one, awesome work as always and great explaining
Love your videos bro! All the way from Texas!
Not to band brother simple but effective thank for the tips be safe and keep on welding
Great work! Like your channel and tutorials!
Cheers for the tips bro from South Aussie !!
Great videos you have sir. I work in pipe fabrication as well. Keep up the great work.

Yeah i can do that keep an eye out
Great video mate, appreciate the tips. Keep up the vids legend.
@12:00 when youre checking the alignment of the two flanges re the bolt holes, just use two rules and line them up rather than lookingvthrough the bolt holes. Much easier, and the longer the rule or straight edge is, the more accurate the alignment 👍👍

In fact, it's really strange, it's like he doesn't think about what he is doing, like someone showed him how to check and he don't replicate exactly the right way! So the right way as he start to do it is to align the flange holes with the corner of the table and then put the rule lined with the 2 holes of on the TOP flange. And to finish check with eye if the rule is lined with the corner of the table!
Brilliant...live your work.... you make it look easy.... Cheers
This is fantastic!
Yes bro your work is roper top bless up 👍
👌perfect. Well done.
You are amazing, thank you very much 👍
You'd best get a powered turntable for the work you seem to be getting in all the time, they really make it look super neat spacing. better than I could ever do by hand alone.
Good shit my guy.
great channel, keep it up ) I'm from Russia I don't know English if anything )
this guys sick
i have one note for flanges for how far they are set out from the pipe is thickness + 1.5 mm
NICE!!
excellent 👍🏼👍🏼
First time seeing your face 🙂 always love watching your videos and the gap theory is correct..I use bolts to instead of wasting time 😂💓💓

Quality 👍
which screw diameter to use on the flange for leveling.

Thanks! Unrivaled content! Now it became clear to me how the British manage to build houses so quickly and efficiently, and why they stand for centuries in the future. As the pig singer Mayakovsky would say: Production culture - to the masses! You can do Quality, come to the cashier.
Show!!!!!!!!
An easier way is to put the flange on a flat surface (the pipe has to be perfectly square) put spacers, ie: flat washers x3 @ 15mm inside flange. Tack in 3 places. Reverse on second flange, line bolt holes by eye with two 12" steel rulers. Tack 2nd flange and done. Cheers. Just saying more than one way, whatever...
Hey Bro, You all good? going to put this up on FB is that ok? Thanks for this video, once again great work. Stay safe Brother and wear ear protection.

Off topic question I have... the yellow torpedo level you use?.. what’s the brand and does the shape and style serve a useful purpose?
Por favor, subtitulos en español.
What were the quick release flange pins called
@ARCONEWELDING

You can find them on ebay they are called screw flange pins
Pipe fitter learning book pdf have send bro.thanks
Would be good instead of using bolts to have two long lengths of threaded bar with nuts set at the distance apart to put the flanges upto and then nuts on the outside that would ensure the flanges matched up in terms of level at the same time maybe? I ve never worked with pipe just done some general fabrication feel free to rip me lol in fact if u used two lengths at the top and two at the bottom u could theoretically square and level both sides at the same time? 🤔

It probably could be better but it's all about speed for me tbh so if it's faster id go for it
3:35 Thats a cracked tack brother. You need a meaty tack for those thicknesses

You need to learn more than this to become a tradesman because if you’re ask to make a square to round or lobster back then you’ll have to know some mathematical engineering
New fabrication vidio making more then give all falowers
