    they help pimp up a potato salad or add 1:1 reg boiled/pickled for fancy flavored deviled eggs.. or.. on it's own🤍👌

    Hope you enjoy we make this mustard recipe for our eggs all the time.. but you pick what works for your family and process the same way as we've done. being it's eggs? i do not leave them more then 6 months ... but thats me.. i see online here where others claim it's good for longer but...im..leary so i stick to my 6 months. ( like they last that long here anyways lol. )

    Mary.. let them rest 2 plus weeks before opening.. like pickles.. they need time to cure. the guys here love them with a beer and some cut pickled sausage meat ( fridge brine for those).. cuz you know.. beer isn't offensive on it's self.. lets pare it with pickled EGGS lol

    I use my instapot to make hard boiled eggs BUT I crack them into 7 egg silicon holders with lids. I can stack 3 or 4 of them and do 21/24 eggs at a time. No peeling afterwards AND almost a dozen will fit into a quart canning jar because they have flat tops.

    It's so good! andy likes them as is.....me? i like to chop one up and mix into a salad or into a bowl mashed fine and added to my deviled eggs filling. really pimps up the flavors.

    You CAN pickled eggs???? I have my coffee, let's do this! There's always one exploding egg. Six months...wouldn't last that long in our house, lol. Those look so good! I'm going to do this recipe when my free-loaders start laying again. Thank you!!!

    Cindy? if you have a fav pickled egg recipe ( brine) use it. get a tall pot to cover 2 inches above your jars and have at it lol

    mustard pickles? here are loved. i like to cut into wee bits and add to a potato salad as well. or half a pickled egg to 1 boiled egg in egg salad sandwiches. Andy? and his friends? with a beer lol.. ( double wammy lol )

    wondered about pressure canning. at what stage do you allow? come to pressure and turn off? or do you run the pressure canner for a certain session time? can't find any info on it and i've tried.. eggs came out brown/burnt.

    That's amazing how the shells come off so easily! I like it. Pickled eggs are tasty but give you the worst breath and really stinky farts. lol It's a small price to pay for a yummy treat.

    we like ours in a mustard brine.. it isn't for everyone.. cut the mustard down by half for your first go. handy to have on the shelf at any moment for summer bbq.s as well and doesn't shoppers have them on sale once a week?

    Nice, fresh eggs!!💖 I've never seen picked eggs not purple! My Mam always did the pickled beets and eggs. Personally, I can't stand them, lol.😖 But my Pap could eat a dozen!!😁 I wish I did like beets, I know they are good for you, blood etc. I'm having a mini Paige fam marathon today!!!!😉💖

    hey deb.. usually the recipe omits that much mustard. ( we like it) but normally? you'd not. what do they taste like? well..like a pickled egg? lol lol.. gives it a sweet bite of pickle flavor.. im sorry.. i don't know how to describe it lol.. 2 weeks for it to marry...then crack a beer and enjoy a pickled egg ( thats when the guys here like them) i serve them cut in half on my buffet table with finger foods.. some use them sliced thin in a salad or potato salad.. and most? with a jar and fork...sided with a salt shaker.. lol..🤍👍

    lol since moving here? i've used more pantry milk then ever before.. sure has saved us TONS when we run out of our milk.. it's 20 min's to the nearest store and well.. the prices there are like.. ( we want milk NOT THE COW) lol

    I just found a farmer yesterday and bought 36 eggs from the nesting box, I heard you say yours are a week or so old so I’m waiting until then, also did you wash them first? I’ve dry rubbed them some were very messy lol however no water has touched them yet,

    Now I know how to use my instapot! Thank you! :-) Two questions: doesn't the extra boiling time in the water bath overcook the eggs? I haven't got the timing down...lol. And can you use half water and half vinegar? I've seen some people do that.
