Hey bro, came here after your live with RNZY, I'm not a new seller and have about 100 pairs of shoes listed on Ebay out of 2100 listings, and I'm starting today redoing 10 pairs of shoes a day to list on Posh since they aren't square. Great video. What's the name of the background you purchase at Walmart?

On the light bulbs, does the wattage matter or just as long as they are daylight bulbs? Also, where did you get your wood background? Thanks for sharing.

Phoenix Phlippers I don’t think the watts matter, I just get the cheapest ones. & I got the wood from the craft section at Walmart!

How do you get the shoes to stand up so you can take a picture of them on there he’ll so you can get the bottoms without having your hand in the picture

eBay have a pure white background if you choose to use it however sometimes their background wipes out some of the image 🥺☹️

Great information. I was under the impression that a white background was a must...on ebay at least. It is difficult to get the crisp white for me as you said. We have been selling since last September and I am still learning a lot thanks to resellers like you. Thank you!

Sandy L. So for eBays algorithm they do favor a white background. But I sell mainly on poshmark, which doesn’t necessarily need a white background so I go with wood simply because I like the way it looks. If I were to sell solely on eBay, I would probably find a way to make a white background work. But I can’t say for sure that it would increase my sales, only because I haven’t tested it. I still do very well on eBay without the white background

Great info. Question: How do you deal with smell(s) inside the sneaker/shoes. They can’t all smell daisy fresh. How do you sanitize them? Thanks much.

I’ll normally pass on shoes that have bad smells. I have some shoe deodorizer just in case but I can’t remember the last time I’ve used it
