This is an insane workout, if you don’t feel like hitting a specific muscle group and want to hit pretty much your whole body this is a top tier workout.

It may be because the idea is so simple. The effects of aging now have me looking for simple exercises to maintain strength and function and the farmers carry is one of them.
Thanks man! These really worked
Great video. Well explained. No stupid intro or unnecessary talking. Going to try these next week!
Good succinct lesson. Thanks.
Keeping it short and simple while also relating all the needed info, great video

Nice
I started out with two 20 litre Jerry cans filled with water, every two weeks I tied two more 4 litre milk jugs filled with water to them. I've run out of room to tie any more haha hell of a workout.
lol I just got back in the gym started with 2 50s. Walk around for a minute. But the 3rd set I’m screaming at my left pinky to stay up halfway through and my forearms feel huge for a few minutes haha. I felt I was forgetting to keep my shoulders back though thanks for the vid

Is it normal for me to feel a little pain/strain in middle of lower back after this exercise?
@DrCarlBaird

Nope. Sign that too much impact went through your joints. Really make sure you are bracing and holding tension while performing this move.
First time I did these I squeezed as hard as I could while walking. Not a good idea lol.
