My screen just freezes when I click continue.

My sink screen shows that it’s working, but it will not respond to any touches. Every video I have found tells me to long touch the power and skip forward button, that does not work for me. And my buttons do not look like anyone else’s. Is there another way to hard reset?

Hello, is there any way to do a master reset without using the settings menu? My ford screen is black after an update, soft and hard reset are not working so i guess i need to do a master reset

I did a master reset but the previous owners phone still shows up as primary and I have to reconnect mine every time , any ideas? Cheers

I’ve never seen a master reset actually go through and not delete all the phones from the system. It’s not actually doing it or something.

I have sound from AM/FM but not from Bluetooth or streaming from my phone

Try a master reset or unhooking the battery for 30 minutes. If the problem remains it’s usually a bad sync module / APIM.

I’ve found the solution: you just have to start the engine! 😅 it’s that simple. Thank you can perform a reset.

It won’t reset or? If it’s locked up to the point it won’t do a master reset I would try unhooking the battery for 30 minutes.
