    Thank you so much for making this! 💗 We need to look out for each other. I'm stage 4, but there wasn't any noticeable lump! It was just a really insignificant (easily ignored) pain that came and went for about a year when it started to be there more often than not. Still, it was barely-there pain, not severe at any point. Also I had so much fatigue that it felt a lot like some of my darkest moments during my years of experience with depression, not something I'd expect cancer to feel like! FYI: Did you know that sometimes cancer is misdiagnosed as depression? Symptoms of both diseases can be quite similar, and both have symptoms that are known to feed into each other. Hank Green (one of KZread's best science communicators) did a video about it while he was in treatment for lymphoma, and it was kinda validating for me. TLDR; It can be very healing to understand how our emotional state (brain chemistry) connects to the rest of our bodies.

    my whole breasts are just bags of lumps? how in the world would i know the difference between a dangerous lump and all the surrounding tissue?
