I passed both my school and State Exam in NY at my first try. For those who haven’t yet done their final exams, my advice to you don’t rush. Listening to these videos are very helpful but you have to study. You need to know the different types of Agencies, etc and learn the terminologies. It’s a whole lot to learn cause it took me 3 months to complete the course online and I took another 3 months to do my revision while doing two full time jobs. Encumbrances, wills, deeds, agencies, appurtenance, transfers, condos, coops, fair housing, etc all were on the exam paper. As far as I know it’s at least one question from each topic. Go ahead guys and study, you can do it!!

here in both KS and MO they give a calculator, 1 piece of paper and 1 pencil.
