Pede po ba sa assessment and plan yung nakanumber po ang answer? Like example po sa plan. 1. Patient understood the treatment plan. 3. Patient agrees to be discharged.

I received an update and unfortunately I didn't pass my QE, but I'm going to retake it tomorrow. Nakakaiyak haha but still hoping to pass this one. I'm rewatching all the videos I watched and re-reviewing. Thanks for the tips.

I passed the QE!! Today was supposed to be my interview kaso nawalan ng kuryente 1 hr before the interview, I sent them an email explaining and asking to be rescheduled. Still waiting for a response. Hopefully payagan nila.

Ma'am, thanks for this very helpfu information. May I ask lang po, how long will the proctors give after playing the video twice para sa pag-ayos ng SOAP? and how long is the video po ma'am ? Umaabot po ba sya ng 7 to 9 minutes ? ano po ang average time ng live scribing video. Last Q nalang po, naagbibigay po ba sila ng template or kami po or provided po namin. Thanks.

Yes maybe around 7-9mins po. Ung typical minutes na pag nag ccheck up si doc :) pero expect 15mins na para sure. Bbigyan po kayo ng ample time per test :) I forgot napo how long pero enough siya para matapos mo ung mga ipapagawa :) please message me at paugcanoza@gmail.com :)

Hala ang dali lang pala, if you have an exp in bpo health care maiintidihan nyo sya.. as a bpo rep health care acct naiintindihan ko sya. Kasi some of the medical procedure needs a precert prior to the service so that the insurance will not the claims.. sakit kaya sa ulo pag nadenied, then magagalit si client sayo khit fault naman nya😅 pano hindi muna kasi nag reresearch about the procedure and coverage, kala nila porket may insurance secure na sila. For precert nman basta madali na lang yunh kung makikipagcoordinate si physician😊

Sa part ng plan yes :) You imply na as if ikaw si client. Kasi ung soap is mainly sa client dapat and since may VA siya we do it for them. :)

you can try po as long as graduate po kayo ng 4yr at may exp sa medical field, preferably po sana if bpo healthcare account pero u can always try :)

hi po regarding po sa pag gawa ng soap note at referral letter, nagtitingin kasi ako online at gumagawa ng sarili kong notes at templates. Ok lang po ba sa qualifying exam na naka open yung mga templates na ginawa ko kung sakali para di ko sya makalimutan habang nasa exam? salamat po
