Question: At 11:50 , If you want to display the net profit loss in the profit column as a negative, how would you go about it?

Is this specific to Indeed’s Spreadsheets with Microsoft Excel module? How would I be able to tell before which level I am to be taking (Basic, Intermediate, Advanced)? Thank you!

Hello Chelsea and thank you for your question! My suggestion would be is to start with the Basic level - even if it seems familiar it'd still be a good refresher. Then move onto the Intermediate and the same principal applies there - familiar but it's not going to hurt to freshen up your memory. Proceed to the Advanced level when previous levels are mastered. Good luck in your learning endeavor!

The test I took was more complex using CountIf, and sum functions and pivot table.

This was interesting but unfortunately, most of my friends, who are looking for work say that the test does not allow shortcut keys or quick commands to be used. The MS version that I recently saw being used for testing was 2013.

Thanks for doing these videos, Vadim! They're very helpful. One criticism, though: It's a bit distracting when you appear on screen asking people to subscribe -- especially when your appearance is accompanied by the laughter sound effect 21:53, 23:15 or a photo of an apple pie 22:12. By doing this, you're taking the viewer away from your own explanation of the task, which defeats your purpose.

OK when it ask to change font style I thought it meant the font itself from calibri to something like aerial. I didn't think it meant the colour

PLEASE CREATE A COMPREHENSIVE EXCEL TUTORIAL FOR EXECUTIVE SECRETARIES/OFFICE MANAGERS. IT WOULD BE GOOD TO HAVE A COURSE THAT HELPS ASSISTANTS WITH THEIR DAILY JOBS. THX.

I am not sure if you are aware but employers are now using Indeed.com to provide assessments to their job candidates. I would like to challenge you to take an Indeed Excel assessment because I can do all of the things above, but I did miserably on the multiple-choice assessment. Please take this test and do a video on it.

Very helpful but you need a better microphone! I have a good computer and I had to put my volume all the way up to 100% and it was not loud enough. I don't have this problem with other You Tube Channels. It makes it frustrating to watch and does not make me want to watch additional topics under this same subject with this channel.

Connie, Would you please check in the settings of your video in the bottom right corner which quality you have set up as a default? My videos are of high quality so nothing should be blurry. Please click on a wheel, then choose Quality, and there try different option but the higher you go the better quality you'd get - 1080d would be the best to choose. Please let me know if it helped. Unfortunately, 4:03 is not true. Maybe it was when this video was made, but now, when you press F1 from within Excel it launches Microsoft Edge. Not helpful.

I have watched many of these tutorials by various content creators. This guy made me lmao. I'm thankful for it. It had been getting a bit boring..... NONE of them are obliged to bother helping us, isit?

This was very helpful, but your constant interruptions asking for viewers to hit the like button were very annoying!!

Thank you for this clear explanation, however, I don't enjoy you constantly expressing your 'thumbs up' (distracting), and also not sure if you realize that when you voice in, your voice is way louder than the Excel explanation. I actually have turn down then turn up the volume again when you're done voicing in.

The Pie Chart joke in the middle of the presentation is not good ... it's very distracting. I've had to re-watch that area quite a few times before I could grasp what you were saying. Perhaps do your funny joke tests in between tasks?

Thanks for feedback! I'm sorry you didn't find my attempts to make the learning of somewhat boring topic a little more entertaining. Some like my popups and some don't - it's very hard to make everyone happy, but I'll keep trying. Please check my other videos withouht popups. Good luck in your employment search! If you pass this test.. you still don’t know excel

21:51 Very distracting when you insert a video and joke over top of the page when you are explaining how to print a selection. Start a new channel for youtube for MS Office jokes or include it in your ebook.....DO NOT PUT IT INTO THIS VIDEO!

stop talking about anything other than the tasks and doing the thumbs up, it annoying

I REALLY was annoyed when you keep showing up in ads (to the right of the screen) that are motioning us to like this tutorial. I mean I was trying to concentrate and look at the whole page, while you're talking, and, with an accent, (which made me come closer to the computer to understand) You also interrupted several times with talking ad to subscribe, add comments on what wasn't here, but, yet, was on the test, etc,.

the information is good but I find it extremely annoying that you, the presenter, pop up on the screen to the side pointing to your face and all while I'm trying to study what you are doing. Your video quality could be better by taking those kind of things, putting them into their own little sections Instead of annoying the heck out of those watching the video.

Your Pop ups are extremely annoying and distracting to the point that I have to stop watching the rest of the video., which is bad.
