I’ve been doing twists, too. I think I have the actual twisting part down. But, my parting is rough.

@@KommonSenze. Having a three-way mirror helps so you can see all angles. Also My parts are never 100% clean. I personally don't mind them looking like that. I have tried using gel for cleaner parts but it was more time consuming and I'd rather not lol

Doing anything, myself, involving my hair is a whole work-out! I take water breaks, watch motivational videos, I give up every 15 minutes, I nap...it must be done at the end of the day 😩

You is the truth! I’m just coming off a break to finish the last section! Praise God!
This was so clear. Thank you for showing the WHOLE process. I have always struggled with how to part the sections of my hair.
Yeah that curve in the front of my head always gets me. I keep trying to continue the straight line and then end up with a triangle section 😭😂
I’m doing passion twist and this definitely is so helpful 😩 thank you!

Oh my goodness, this has been so helpful!! 😍😍We often take these basic hair skills for granted. I have limited mobility in my hands so this tutorial has really helped me relearn how to part my hair during my natural hair journey. Thank you so much.

@@LolaFashola_I've been on the hunt for a good parting technique to speed up my process and this helped, thank you 😊. I don't think I heard you say how many rows you part for the back middle area. Please share.
You are so pretty!
Really nice thanks
Thanks a lot my mom doesn’t teach me a lot even tho she knows how to and when I ask she doesn’t help but this is better
Thank you for your that video, I've been looking for one for a while ! I have a question, if you don't mind 😊When you part your hair for twists in small sections, do you know approximately how many sections you have ? I would like to use your method to do my mini braids smaller (I would like at least 100 parts). I was wondering if the method you use gives you that many. Thanks in advance !
Thank you❤
Question what did you use at the beginning of the vid to stretch your hair? Btw Ty needed this❤❤
Great! how long did this take you?
God bless you for this video
I would like to see how you do your protective braids
I like your hair

How did you part the middle
see your next week I would like to see your next video
First off, this was a really great video and your hair stunning! Second, what are those things your hair was in at the beginning of the video?

Thank you!! 🥰 That was one of the methods I used to stretch my hair with no heat. The full video on how I do them is in the description box
I was interested in how the back parts lined up with the side parts. Were they the same size? You didn't show that.
I love your tutorial. Very clear and easy to follow. However I wold love to see how you second the crown of your hair too. It's the hardest part to section for me because that area is not flat and I can't manage straight horizontal lines all the way from 1 side of my head to the other, especially when approaching the front part of my head. Do you have a video that shows how your part the crown of your hair too? By the way how long does this process of sectioning your hair and braiding halfway through takes you? I'm eager to know.

How do you manage to get such clean parts tho? I literally have the same type of comb but when I do my parts they are nowhere near this nest. 😩
The middle part!!!
How long did it take to part your hair?
You had me laughing lol
so whats the protective style?
How long does it normally take to psrt this way? I swear parting takes me hours and hours and it still doesnt look that good😭
Im having the hardest damn time Plus i dont got the correct mirror
I like the hair style
I can’t part wet hair. My hair is so thick, it has to be blown out
First of all: great video, very helpful. Second of all: you look a lot like khosi ngema from blood and water

Do u have to have your hair stretched out to do Xs passion twist?
@LolaFashola_
2 жыл бұрын
It would be easier to part and I believe the part will be a bit more clean if your hair is stretched. When I say stretch, I don’t necessarily mean by using heat- there are many ways to stretch hair if you’re not comfortable with using a blow dryer 😊
Mostly helpful video I can find and I still can’t part my hair right 🥲🥲🥲
Still struggling, but this was the most helpful video so far. Maybe it'll take me 3 days instead of 5 🥲
