Prodigy Girl Gaming I’ve had the same controller and same Android charger for awhile and it always worked on my PS4 so when my controller wouldn’t charge, I tried everything and nothing worked. Then I went to Walmart and got a strong cord and it worked

Had this issue and this tutorial helped tremendously. I had bought my husband a new controller at Walmart because the old one stopped working. Our two boys played on it often as well until they got their Xbox and a PS4 for themselves. Thankfully now we have controllers for both ps4’s functioning well and I’ll be getting more to add for extra players when needed for gaming with family/friends. Appreciate it very much! EVERYONE! Go to Devices and then bluetooth, Then go onto the controller that doesnt work and hold share and home button and the same time. A few seconds later a new device dhould pop up saying the name of the controller and click on it. Register the controller and play!

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! This worked on an older PS4 controller that I stopped using. I could not get it connected and gave up on it forever. This worked. Apparently, going into the devices menu is the secret.
